Customer may make a complaint by letter, facsimile, or by emailing us at customercare.ph@starrcompanies.com and providing us with a brief summary of the issue.
Once a complaint is received, a written acknowledgement via email will be sent by one of our Customer Service Representative (CSR) within 7 business days of receipt. An investigation of the complaint will then be initiated internally. During investigation, our CSR may email you again for further information, verification and/or validation. Upon completion of investigation, you will then be notified of the result of your complaint via email or letter.
